Where is Experience The Sandcastle located? 

- Our Sales and Rental Office is located at:

Where do I check in and check out? 

- Check-in and check-out will be handled in our office at 5501 New Jersey Ave, Wildwood Crest, NJ 08260
- Check-in is typically at 3:00 pm on your arrival day.  If you are going to have a late arrival, please call our office at 609-305-6037, and we will make arrangements for key pickup.

- Check-out is by 10:00 am on your scheduled departure date.  Please return the keys & fobs to our office at check-out.  There is a $150 charge for each set of keys and wristband missing.

What to do before checking out?

- Please take out the trash and recyclables prior to your departure.  There is a trash & recycling room on each floor.  Also, we appreciate you making sure the dishes are cleaned & put away before you leave.
- If you had the linen service, you can simply leave the towels and bed sheets in the residence.  We'll take care of the rest after you check out.

Where can I find details on check-in times, pets, etc.? 

- Within the rental agreement, you can find terms related to check-in and check-out times, maximum occupancy, cancelation policy, and maintenance of the residence.  Pets are NOT permitted.

How are cancelations and refunds handled? 

- The cancelation policy is stated in your lease agreement, and it will detail penalties associated with canceling your lease agreement.

How do I know the Occupancy Limit for each Residence? 

- Each residence listed on our website states the occupancy limit and number of bedrooms, as well as the sleeping arranagements for each bedroom and the living room.  The occupancy limit is also located in your lease agreement.

What do I need to bring?

- You will need to bring pool/beach towels and paper products (toilet paper and paper towels).  We also suggest you bring soaps and laundry detergent.
- If you choose not to add on the linen service, you will need to bring sheets, pillowcases, kitchen towels, and bath linens.  Please review the bed sizes on our website to make sure you are bringing the right size bed linens.

Is Cleaning included in my rental? 

- Yes, your residence will be professionally cleaned before and after your arrival!  You are not charged extra for the cleaning costs.
